The principle
The base forms a lease contract, the agri-preneur becomes the lessor, but continues to run the parcel. Nano-Farm reimburses the agri-preneur for all tasks based on optimal cost rates. The decreasing fixed costs improve profit, which is paid as a 100% profit-based rent. The whole thing is accompanied by Agrarservices VEDAXS and compensated through a management-fee.
The benefit is a safe habor, where the participants can explore the Nano-Farm solution during the 3 year term. Once completed, farmers can use the solution on their own.

Billing is based on the work steps performed and agreed transfer prices.
Nano-Farm focuses on fixed costs. Seed, fertilizer, etc. are variable costs and not the focus. You purchase the operating resources for the 1.5 hectares. Nano-Farm reimburses you for these expenses as part of your settlement.
Nano-Farm focuses on fixed costs, where the greatest cost potential for improving your agricultural income lies. The pragmatic Nano-Farm solution handles product marketing through your existing partners. Nano-Farm is set up as a customer. At harvest, you deliver the yield from the 1.5 hectares with the assignment to Nano-Farm.
Participation in Nano-Farm involves a management fee of €9.30 per month per hectare, including VAT. This fee covers Nano-Farm’s costs for support and business management, including projections. This is a great offer!
An example: Participation with 1.6 hectares x €9.30 per hectare per month = €14.90 per month
