We are bridging the gap between agriculture and equity. Therefore, we partner with agricultural entrepreneurs in Austria to help them with farmland expansion through a solid partnership with our investors.
The goal is, that the acquired land transfers into 100% of your ownership. The partnership assures that profits and appreciation of land are shared on a fair base between agricultural entrepreneur and the investor.

Most Austrian agricultural entrepreneurs face the challenge to achieve an economical viable income for themselves and their families – in short: improve profitability.
The bottleneck is the risk of high volume and long-term capital requirement needed for acquiring farmland.
Agricultural entrepreneurs are price takers in the lease market for farmland and hence are not able to build up a viable equity base in the long run. Even the low interest level of loans can’t compensate the additional risk burden for the farm arising from farmland acquisition. On the other side some market players actively buy out landlords with plots that would be conveniently located e.g., adjacent agricultural entrepreneurs.
We provide agricultural entrepreneurs through the equity or contractual partnership an additional alternative. The goal is, that jointly acquired farmland is fully transferred to the agricultural entrepreneur at the end of the period and/or reduce fixed costs.
